We are a household that LOVES burgers, though we rarely ever have buns...is that weird? I think it's a subconscious effort to limit the amount of bread we consume. However, we are all about that Friday night pizza! #amiright?! I've never had an oriental burger before this one, and quite honestly I don't how I could live without them now. THEY ARE SO DANG GOOD! The fresh ginger and the Hoisin ketchup take it to an extreme level of deliciousness. Let's get to it because you NEED to go make these....like now! **Disclaimer: you're going to see brown sugar in my ingredient picture, DON'T use it! I totally ruined a pan! WHOOPS! LOL! If you're grilling then it would be fine to add 2 tbsp. to the burger ingredients. Oriental burger 1 lb ground turkey 1/2 medium green pepper diced 1/4 cup onion chopped 1 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. soy sauce (I used reduced sodium) 1 tsp. fresh ginger grated Hoisin Ketchup 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce Directions:
